  • Have clear pictures of various business models and the check points of different workflows on both systematic flow and physical handling process.

对于不同业务模式的各流程环节在信息流与货物流上均有明确的全局理解 。

  • Understand company policy & standard of data quality to ensure data standard align with Group & Company policy.

了解公司政策、业务规则、数据规范和财务数据目标,确保业务数据和财务数据标准符合集团和公司的要求。

  • Understand company policy and standard of Milestone to ensure it aligning with Group & Company policy.

理解公司对于“业务节点”完成质量及标准,确保各“业务节点”指标符合集团及公司的要求。

  • Monitoring QC KPI performance result via various system reports and communicate with Business Unit for the impact reason and summary analysis report.

通过各种系统报表及工具,监控各业务单元的质量指标完成情况并与各业务单元沟通,深入挖掘KPI表现不佳的影响因素,并编制分析报告。

  • Escalate the check result to superior and give improvement suggestion

将核查结果汇报给上级,并提出改进建议。

Responsible for controlling & improvement in scheduled audit periods

负责质量 KPI指标的控制及按期改进。

  • Understand alignment and difference between Group Policy and China policy

了解公司集团政策与中国政策的一致性与差异。

  • Ensure business data quality aligns with company standard and client SOP.

确保业务数据质量符合公司标准及客户SOP要求。

  • Continue to generate system report and tracking the non-compliant records, monitor and verify system data quality improvements with required actions within period.

导出系统报告并筛选出不合格的数据,监控与核查采取纠正措施之后的数据质量提升情况。

  • Follow up missing data correction.

跟踪不合格数据的校正。

  • Identify the preventive and corrective tips and tools and share with business unit.
