- Act as China Superuser for DSV Customer Portal, join global meeting for regular release demo and best practice forum.
作为DSV客户平台本地超级用户,参加全球定期发布版本演示会议及最佳实践论坛。
- Participate User Acceptance Test of new functions to be released in Customer portal QA environment.
参与新功能在测试环境中的用户测试。
- Prepare/Update bilingual user manual and prepare the training video when necessary.
准备或者更新平台使用的双语用户手册,必要时准备培训视频。
- Maintain customer portal master engine files and translation files.
维护客户平台的主数据包括业务分配引擎文档及中文翻译文档。
- Collect customer feedback on suggestions / feature requests and escalate for group development input after local evaluation.
收集客户建议及功能需求等反馈意见,经过本地评估后提交至集团开发清单。
- Support on customer portal promotion activities including online / on site DEMO.
支持客户平台推广活动,包含线上线下演示。
- Sharing user tips and promotion best practice with customer portal local key users in DSV organizations.
在公司内部,与客户平台本地主要用户分享用户使用技巧及推广最佳实践。
Support Training & Implementation of both global and national business process change/innovation related projects.
协助完成集团及全国业务流程变更/创新项目相关的培训及项目实施的支持工作。
- Participate business process / operation process innovation on basis of Group / APAC compliance regulations.
基于集团及亚太区总部的各合规要求,参与相关业务流程优化/创新项目涉及的支持工作。
- Investigate existing business practices, filing process documents and summarize in quantitative results.
对现有业务操作模式进行调研,整理流程文档,总结可量化的结果。
- Analyse differences and similarities of each business process, simplify and visualize the research process.
分析各业务类型的异同,以简明的可视化的方式呈现调研过程。
- Continue to communicate with operation and branch heads, collect and evaluate the difficulties and potential improvement possibilities.
与分公司及操作经理持续沟通,收集并评估业务过程中的难点及潜在的优化可能性。
- Prepare monitoring reports to reflect business result before and after process change / innovation to follow up process optimization results.
准备各类监督报表以呈现业务流程变更/创新前后的业务表现结果,追踪优化成果。
- Prepare business failure case study or newsletter for success story drawing internal attention on continuous improvements.
准备业务失误案例研究或者成功案例新闻,在组织内部增强持续改进意识。
