We are currently looking for a Sea Development and Import Operations professional  to join our team in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities

Development & Commercial Activities

• Contact with new and existing customers
• Preparation and presentation of commercial and financial offers
• Requesting freight rates from agents, shipping lines, co-loaders, and other suppliers
• Informing customers about new products and services

Import Operations – Shipment Coordination

• Assigning tasks to customs brokers, trucking companies, and other suppliers
• Monitoring shipment progress from order receipt to final delivery
• Handling shipment documentation (B/Ls, certificates, etc.)
• Proactive and continuous customer communication

Your competencies

• Experience 1-2 years in Logistics preferably Sea operations

• Solid understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics operations
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Very good command of the English language
