We are seeking a talented, proactive recruiter to manage the recruitment of both high volume and specialist roles focussing on the delivery of a candidate centric, direct sourcing model.
What will you be doing?
• End to end recruitment for both high volume (warehouse colleagues and drivers) and specialist roles.
• Providing full recruitment advice and support to the Hiring Managers
• Creating compelling, accurate and inclusive job adverts
• Proactive searching on internal database, job boards and Linkedin.
• CV sifting and screening suitable candidates to provide a relevant and diverse shortlist.
• Being the central point of contact for the candidates ensuring a clear line of communication throughout the candidate journey
• Attending interviews and assessments as required
• Working to recruitment KPI’s and SLA’s
• Support and coordinate career events both internally and externally.
• Partner with the business to develop an understanding of their business areas, challenges, future needs.
• Proactively building talent pools for key roles and skill sets
• Accurately updating the recruitment system and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
About You
• Previous recruitment experience, either agency or In-house from a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
• Proven recruitment delivery for both high volume (Warehouse and Drivers) and more specialist roles
• Proven background in using various candidate attraction channels including Job Boards, Social Media, proactive searches, headhunting, job fairs
• Must have credibility working with key business decision-makers and HR colleagues
• Must have the confidence to challenge and influence key business decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail with excellent organisation and administrative skills
• Knowledge of Irish Employment law essentials
• An understanding of recruitment systems, KPI’s and reporting
