IT Specialist - Server Application Handling

Position target:

Support of DSV Infrastructure and business core applications.

Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Support on Microsoft services such as: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory, IIS, SQL, Powershell VBS.
2. 2nd and 3rd line operation and support for backend of the applications and support of hosted by team additional core business applications (Security tools, file transfer tools) also project management and applications automation.
3. Create and update documentation; actively build team’s knowledge base.
4. Maintenance and administration of supported systems.
5. Support Transition, Continuous Improvement and Technology teams on identifying business requirements for new solutions and systems
6. Troubleshooting across the entire stack: infrastructure, middleware, application, data flow, connectivity
7. Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLA’s and customers' expectations
8. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
9. Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
10. Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
11. Seek opportunities for improvement in IT area
12. Performing daily morning and evening servers check
13. Analysis, diagnosis and detection of the causes of complex problems on 2nd line level support.
14. Basic ARS Administration (group management application, DFS object properties, history changes, etc ...).
15. Continuous monitoring of the overall server environment using the supplied utilities.
16. All ad hoc tasks requested by the supervisor.

Special rights: Membership to administrative groups C2, C3

Education and skills:

Minimal requirements:

1. Bachelor or master degree preferably in: IT or IT related.
2. Microsoft certification or other (ITIL).
3. Fluency in oral and written English – minimum B2 level.
4. Expert of Microsoft Server Operating Systems, AD DS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Virtualization.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimal work experience:

Minimal requirements:

1. 5 years of working experience in System/Infrastructure/Application administration role in medium or large IT environment, experience in supporting business gold level applications.
2. Windows Server environment experience min 5 years
3. IT support experience min 5 years.
