Position Overview:

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging e-learning courses that support global and local learning initiatives across DSV. This role combines creativity, instructional design expertise, and technical proficiency to produce high-quality digital learning experiences that enhance employee performance and knowledge across diverse business areas.

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, has a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning courses and digital training materials on a wide range of topics related to working at DSV.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate complex content into engaging, learner-friendly experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and best practices in adult learning to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Develop digital learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, IMC Express, EasyGenerator, Synthesia, Vyond).
• Ensure all content aligns with DSV’s global learning standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
• Support the localization and translation of training materials for global and local use.
• Stay informed about new technologies and trends in digital learning, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimal requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (preferably Education, Instructional Design, Communication or Business).
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge about authoring tools, preferably (Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.)
• Experience with video editing, graphic design, or multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of instructional design
• Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.

Minimal requirements

• +2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience of working in an international environment.
