Responsibilities:
- Acting as the local point of contact for data protection matters (Local Privacy Responsible).
- Monitoring compliance of processes with GDPR and Group guidelines.
- Handling inquiries and reports related to personal data.
- Supporting the update of procedures, documentation, and awareness-raising activities regarding data protection.
- Cooperating with the Group Compliance department and supervisory authorities in data protection matters.
- Comprehensive handling of HR administration in accordance with labor law regulations.
- Managing and verifying personnel documentation in HR systems
- Providing support to employees in day-to-day HR matters.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR) and practical understanding of their application.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or personnel administration.
- Good knowledge of labor law and principles of maintaining HR documentation.
- Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
