As a key member of our team, you will:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for compensation-related initiatives within SAP SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and teams to explore and implement enhanced support for business compensation processes.
Drive projects with precision and professionalism, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Contribute to a vibrant culture rooted in collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
As you will be managing the full end-to-end implementation, test phases as well as any training are key to success.
In projects you will typically work with our Local HR teams and our Global IT organization as the main stakeholders. External vendors might sometimes be important parts of your projects as well.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and experience with compensation related functionality.
Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
