Role:
2nd level support on all applications placed within the Road, Solving existing issues, manual creations, software access control, users trainings
Your responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for Road applications within the Road 2nd level support team
- Ensure proper configuration of Road DSV applications in line with DSV standards
- Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution
- Contribute to performance optimization, including source code improvements and system enhancements
- Create, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures, legal requirements, and company policies (including intellectual property protection)
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values and organizational culture
- Continuously develop professional skills through training and self-learning
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport operations and/or IT process implementation
- Strong knowledge of IT tools and systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in IT or a related field)
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills (especially for root cause analysis)
- Ability to work with documentation and technical processes
- Strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness
