What You’ll Do

  • Fieldglass Implementation and Expansion: Lead the global rollout and enhancement of SAP Fieldglass, collaborating with IT, Procurement, HR, and regional business teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and support supplier enablement.
  • Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test scripts, coordinate testing cycles, and ensure a high-quality user experience through detailed validation and issue tracking. You will catch what others miss and ensure flawless rollout experience.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems. Leverage advanced Excel and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and optimize processes.
  • Supplier Management and Governance: Support supplier classification, compliance checks, and contract alignment to ensure optimal supplier engagement in the temporary workforce program. Collaborate with Procurement, Legal and Finance.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Analyze workflows, gather user feedback, identify system/process enhancements to support workforce planning initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience with enterprise HR or procurement technology, preferably SAP Fieldglass and SuccessFactors.
  • Direct experience managing or supporting contingent workforce programs, vendor management systems or managed service provided models.
  • Knowledge of supplier management processes, including onboarding, compliance, segmentation and performance monitoring.
  • Strong testing and troubleshooting skills, especially in UAT coordination and defect resolution.
  • Proficiency in Excel with fluency in formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, data audits and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement and local business teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
