Your responsibilities:

  • Facilitate review of new hardware coming to the portfolio
  • Inventorying and tracking physical IT components
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure leads for the assignments of IT hardware and related products.Collaborate with Security Operations Center to maintain security over hardware
  • Facilitate hardware disposal process
  • Support M&A projects from Hardware Asset Management perspective
  • Create and update documentation, actively build knowledge base
  • Actively propose and work on process improvements and automation
  • Automation of operational tasks (preparing requirements or developing if you possess the skills)
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with various stakeholders from multiple divisions and reporting levels
  • Develop and conduct training as needed for use by department level staff to maintain inventory
  • Establish metrics and reporting for asset compliance

 

Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience within IT area, preferably Hardware Asset Management or IT Asset Management
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical approach and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement processes and improve operational stability
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Flexera, IT Master Data tools is a plus
  • Certification in Hardware Asset Management is a plus
