Summary
At DSV, The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Americas will lead the Regional Americas Talent Acquisitions Team. This role will be critical in executing strategic objectives across all countries in North and South America, managing a strong recruiting team, and planning and prioritizing to meet business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage Regional Talent Acquisition Team Operations, Planning & Prioritization
- Align and Standardize Regional Talent Acquisition Recruitment Processes
- Manage Regional Data Integrity within Applicant Tracking System
- Talent Acquisition Team Development, Team Engagement, and Performance Coaching
- Regional Product & Business Partner Stakeholder Management relative to the Talent Acquisition space
- Drive Regional Talent Acquisition strategy & execution
- Overall health of Talent Acquisition team performance, managing relationships with Business Partners and Product owners, ensuring compliance with Talent Acquisition processes and standards.
- Works closely with Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Senior People & Organization (P&O) Leadership.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills & Work Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5-7 years of related supervisory or management experience
- Experience and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Demonstrated experience as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with Business Partners and Operations
- Demonstrated experience in People Management & Employee Development

For this position, the expected base pay in New Jersey is: $140,376 - $175,470 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including geographical location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
