From March 2020, DSV Multi-Channel Fulfillment takes care of the parts fulfillment of e-bike manufacturer QWIC to its dealers. Also, bicycle batteries received in return are subjected to an intensive check, tested and the correct follow-up action is determined. Erik Biemans, customer relations manager of DSV MCF:
