As a logistics process engineer, you focus on designing and optimizing logistics processes. Whether it’s incoming goods, outgoing orders, or value-added logistics, you map out processes from start to finish and ensure everything runs smoothly. You independently manage various projects, ranging from process optimizations to innovative automation solutions. With the construction of our new warehouse in Moerdijk, you’ll have a unique opportunity to develop processes from the ground up and elevate them to the next level. Your work directly impacts efficiency and customer satisfaction, and you won’t back down from challenges that drive real improvements: you’re on it.

How you do this? At DSV, you’ll have the freedom to work independently on projects and implement new technologies. You focus on process improvement, while your WMS-engineer colleagues handle the technical side. You achieve this by:

• analyzing and optimizing logistics processes;
• translating process activities into cost-effective solutions;
• actively contributing to automation projects and the implementation of new customers;
• supporting and advising the operations team during process changes;
• driving continuous improvement and standardization across departmental processes.

You bring

• a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field;
• at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics environment;
• a strong analytical mindset and experience with logistics data and process optimization;
• strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently;
• knowledge of WMS systems and preferably experience with SQL.
