As a warehouse teamleader, you constantly seek ways to enhance efficiency and ensure our logistics operations run smoothly. You optimize the logistics operations of your assigned team, consistently meeting the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and procedural compliance. You’re on it.
How you do this? In this role, you report directly to our warehouse manager and lead a team of 10 to 20 warehouse operators. You bring out the best in your team members and drive continuous improvement in our logistics processes to provide the best possible service to our customers. You achieve this by:
- contributing to projects aimed at improving our logistics processes and procedures;
- coaching, training, and managing your team members;
- ensuring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations;
- coordinating operational activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You bring
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others;
- knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse;
- willingness to work in a two-shift schedule;
- a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
