As a Freight Forwarder Export Air, you will be responsible for organizing your own shipments and coordinating the entire transport process from A to Z.

Tasks:

• Manage daily customer service and maintain close contact with clients regarding air export shipments
• Create and manage shipments in your own TMS system
• Provide instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documentation
• Communicate daily within the DSV network for shipment pre-alerts and quotations
• Ensure accurate invoicing and high-quality data management
• Apply DSV compliance standards (security, embargo countries, carriers, and goods

You bring

• First experience with Freight Forwarding (Air Freight)
• Good command of Dutch or French and English
• Quick learner when it comes to new IT systems
• Availability to work a fixed late shift from 14:00 to 22:12
