DSV Solutions  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Data Centre Specialist in Kemps Creek NSW.

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator | Data Centre Specialist to join our rapidly growing NSW team.

This is more than a warehouse role. You'll work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, supporting critical data centre operations through inventory management, asset handling, specialised equipment operation, and logistics coordination for some of the world's most advanced digital infrastructure.

• Receiving, handling, and preparing products for assembly. 
• Picking, packing, scanning, and dispatching shipments.
• Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
• Assembling and testing customer equipment to required standards. 
• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records. 
• Coordinating deliveries between warehouse and data centre operations. 
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace using 5S principles. 
• Following all safety, security, and environmental procedures. 

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Must be an Australian Citizen and able to meet all security and background clearance requirements.
• Full training provided
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first approach. 
• Experience handling sensitive or high-value inventory is highly regarded.
