Booking platforms back to normal operation

Booking platforms are back to normal operation. However, there may still be a residual of delays in pickups, deliveries, and shipments due to the previous operational disruption in mainly the European part of DSV Road.

We are doing our utmost to resolve the remaining issues as quickly as possible.

The operational disruption was related to an IT issue with the root cause being a storage failure in one of the DSV-data centres. Hence, the issue was not related to the Schenker-integration or any cyber-attack or malware.
