  What should I do if my shipment  "Requires a service availability check”?

  The shipment was incorrectly created as an export shipment. To resolve this, please instead create as an import shipment.

• What is an IOSS-number?

  An IOSS-number is used to pay combined VAT when importing in to the EU. It is only used when shipping to end consumers. To make the field optional, simply uncheck the field: ”I am not shipping to end consumer, and/or the commodities’ value exceeds 150 EUR; I do not need to enter an IOSS number”.
