Build Your Foundation in Freight Forwarding

The DSV Trainee Academy is a one-year, in-house development programme designed for individuals who are new to freight forwarding.  

Through a combination of local on-the-job training and structured learning modules, participants gain the operational knowledge, practical experience and professional network needed to succeed in the logistics industry.

What is the Trainee Academy?

The Trainee Academy is DSV’s one-year operational trainee programme designed to develop future freight forwarding professionals. Through a structured combination of local on-the-job training, operational experience, and mandatory learning modules, trainees build the core knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed in freight forwarding roles.

As a participant in the Trainee Academy, you will combine day-to-day operational responsibilities with structured learning modules designed to support your development throughout the year.

On-the-Job Training
Structured Learning
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain practical insight into freight forwarding operations and apply your learning in real business situations.
A series of mandatory learning modules provide the knowledge and tools needed to understand the industry, your role and the wider business environment.
